Creative Climate Leadership is a training programme for artists and cultural professionals that explores the cultural dimensions of climate change, and supports them to take action with impact, creativity and resilience.
Led by UK charity Julie’s Bicycle, the pilot programme took place 2017-2019 and was co-funded by the Creative Europe programme. As one of eight project partners, On the Move took part in the various partner meetings and led a policy lab in Leeuwarden from 3-4 July 2018, with representatives of European Capitals of Culture, city departments, foundations, and more.
The Creative Climate Leadership programme now continues worldwide, and is delivered in partnership with local cultural and environmental agencies.
