    The Twenty Something Project, part of the European Capital of Culture programme, will organise a literary residency on the theme ‘visible and invisible’ in 2023. The residency is aimed at writers, poets, essayists and committed publicists between the ages of 20 and 29 from Slovenia, Italy (FriuliVenezia Giulia, Veneto, South Tyrol, and Emilia-Romagna only), Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, Kosovo, Macedonia, Serbia, and Germany (Chemnitz and surroundings only).

    For the 2022 edition of Ljubljana Street Art Festival, KUD Mreža and the Institute of Urban Questions are opening a call for artists. They offer a residency with a one-month working stay (1 June - 7 July 2022) at the Asylum Studio (Atelje Azil) in Ljubljana to realise a visual project and a public artistic intervention (e.g. sculpture, installation, mural painting).

    Slovenian Association of Literary Translators: Translators Residency (Slovenia)
    In 2022, the Slovenian Association of Literary Translators – DSKP will offer residencies to 4-6 translators from Slovenian into foreign languages for 4 weeks (or 1 month). The DSKP Residency Programme is aimed at promising or established foreign translators of fiction, humanities and social sciences who have published at least one literary translation or several shorter translations in printed monographs and/or in reference print or electronic media.

    Workshop Residency for Young Artists from Visegrad Countries at the Open Air Theater Festival (Poland)
    The Agora Cultural Center in Wrocław in cooperation with artistic organisations from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Poland invites participation in an open call as part of the international Open Air Theater Festival. The call is open to theatre makers, with a special focus on circus performers, acrobats, performers, dancers and musicians under the age of 26 and from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Poland. The residency will run 12-18 September 2021, with participants working together to create (and finally show) a new performance on the theme of climate change.
