The Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF) is recruiting a Project Executive for its Culture Department on a one-year contract basis, with an initial 1-month probation period, based in Singapore.

Asia’s leading sustainable light festival will return for its 10th edition from 31 May – 23 June 2024 to showcase new and exciting light art installations at Marina Bay. For this edition, i Light Singapore invite artists to explore various forms of Sustainability and Sustainable Living – of environment, economy and culture – and examine how light art can create conversations about our lifestyles, decision making and the community.

The sixth edition of the Arts for Good Fellowship will explore the theme of Empowering Meaningful Ageing through the Arts. Individuals from diverse sectors, including artists, art administrators, and social sector professionals will participate in an online programme in the run up to an in-person exchange in Singapore from 22-26 January 2024.

Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay invites artists, curators, programmers, writers, researchers and practitioners across all disciplines in the performing arts to apply for the Contemporary Performing Arts Research Residency, taking place in Singapore between April and June 2024. In 2024, the residency presents the thematic focus Decentring Access, which aims to engage the term’s multiple definitions and usages in all contexts and facilitate nuance in access-related discussions.

Richard Koh Fine Art’s residency programme is slated to start around the second quarter of 2023, spanning over three months and across three countries in Southeast Asia. Applicants must be under 35 and citizens of a Southeast Asian country.

i Light Singapore is Asia’s leading sustainable light festival held in Marina Bay. First held in 2010, i Light Singapore showcases light art installations created by Singaporean and international artists. These artworks are designed with energy-saving lighting and/or environmentally-friendly materials to encourage festival goers and the general public to adopt sustainable habits in their everyday lives. i Light Singapore 2023 will run from 2 June - 25 June 2023.

The Senior Project Executive (SPE) will be responsible for developing and leading the implementation of ASEF Culture Department’s projects, as well as stepping up to provide guidance to and supervise other junior team members when needed. The appointment is on a one-year contract basis with an initial 1-month probation period based in Singapore. Candidates must be citizens and passport holders of ASEM countries.

SAM Residencies, a programme of Singapore Art Museum, is now accepting applications for three residencies – the Artist Residency, the Community & Education Residency, and the Curatorial & Research Residency. Selected residents will be hosted in Singapore between July 2023 and December 2024, for a period of between one and six months.

The theme for NTU-GDAP 2022 is Sustainable People, Inspiring Change. Interdisciplinary teams with science-art-technology expertise can submit works at the intersection of science, technology and the arts. The best submissions will be invited to showcase at the exhibition in Singapore in December 2022.

Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay invites artists, curators, programmers, writers, researchers and practitioners across all disciplines in the performing arts to apply for its inaugural Contemporary Performing Arts Research Residency, taking place in Singapore between April and June 2022. The residency offers two types of support: Artist-in-Residence and Researcher-in-Residence. Artists-in-Residence can apply for a residency period of one to three months, while Researchers-in-Residence can apply for a residency period of two to four weeks.
