The Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme for Culture invites interested candidates to apply to become a mentor in a pilot project. The preselected mentors will be presented online, and the mentee will indicate the name of the mentor who they wish to be matched with in the application scheme. Nordic Culture Point aim to find a balanced group of mentors in terms of representation from various professional backgrounds, fields and areas of arts and culture, and from all the Nordic and Baltic countries.
Mentors are professionals within arts and culture and must have at least five years of experience from their area of expertise, from an organisation in the cultural or creative sector, or from managing their own innovative company.
The mentorship programme will result in a six-month mentorship from October 2022 to May 2023. Mentors will be compensated with daily allowances and per diem. Travels will also be paid.
