    CEC ArtsLink: Art Prospect Network Residencies for Artists and Curators
    In 2023, the Art Prospect Network Residency programme will support residencies for eighteen artists and curators from USA and the Art Prospect Network countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan) focusing on exchange and collaboration in the field of socially engaged art and/or public art.

    Our guide to cross-border mobility for artists and cultural workers from and travelling to Kazakhstan. This cultural mobility funding guide lists national, local and international resources from both public and private funders. Two kinds of opportunity are included: outgoing and incoming. The outgoing opportunities are for nationals and residents of Kazakhstan wishing to travel outside the country. The incoming opportunities are for nationals from other countries who want to travel to Kazakhstan.
