his course has been developed in the framework of ENTRi, Europe’s New Training Initiative for Civilian Crisis Management. ENTRi is a capacity-building programme funded by the European Commission (90%). It aims at preparing and training civilians going to, or already working in, crisis management missions worldwide - be they missions of the European Union (EU), the United Nations (UN), the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), or the African Union (AU).
