The Nordic Analog Network is an artist-in-residence program between analog photography darkrooms in the Nordic countries. Selected artists will travel for a three-week period to work in a darkroom in another Nordic country during 2024.

Oulu2026 is looking for an International Relations Coordinator to join their enthusiastic and competent Oulu2026 team. The position starts on 1 January 2024 or according to agreement and is temporary until 31 March 2027.

Arctic Festival in Rovaniemi are looking for talented professional and amateur artists who are passionate about environmental art. This year they will invite seven teams to take part in the Snow-Ice Carving Competition from 22-28 January 2024, each team consisting of a maximum of two people.

The contemporary dance group Tanssiartesaani is seeking 2 young dance artists, aged 18-30, to participate in a 1 month residency project (28 January – 28 February 2024) in the small town of Loviisa, in the south of Finland. Applicants must be resident in one of the 40 Creative Europe countries, except Finland.

Zodiak – Centre for New Dance in Helsinki is calling for applications for co-productions to premiere in 2025. Zodiak are looking for proposals that incorporate an essential relationship to dance and bodily performance, as well as an idea of how to form an audience relationship.

Mustarinda and artist-curator collective Porin kulttuurisäätö invites artists working and/or residing in the Nordic-Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Iceland) to apply for a funded thematic project residency. The residency period is two months in May-June 2024.

AIR on the Edge is a one-month international artist residency exchange that creates opportunities for artists to engage with rural communities on the edges of Europe. Applicants must live or work in County Galway (Ireland), Fryslan (The Netherlands), Novi Sad (Serbia), Pirkanmaa (Finland), or Ringkøbing-Skjern and mid Jutland area (Denmark). Residencies will take place between September 2023 and June 2024.

NEMO has issued a call for participation to encourage increased participation of museum colleagues from Central-Eastern Europe to join the NEMO European Museum Conference 2023. The call is targeted at museum professionals active in Central-Eastern Europe who have an interest in the topic of sustainability and climate action as well as a commitment to European collaboration and enthusiasm for international networking.

Theatre in Palm, an international project funded by Creative Europe, is hosting a Hybrid Residency on 6–17 November 2023. During the 2-week residency you will work with 10 local artists and 20 international artists, both live and online. The residency will end with 4–12 co-produced, new theatre pieces that are shared online with the whole group of 120 artists, plus 12 mentors, and the rest of the online world. Applicants must be resident in EU countries.

European artists, or collectives can apply to the EMAP residency programme with a project proposal for a residency of two months in 2024. The artists will be collaborating with an artist of their choice or an artist local to the platform’s host institutions.

The Odd One Out Art Residency, scheduled for 2024, is an invitation to break free from convention and embrace the unconventional, allowing your artistic vision to flourish and transcend previously uncharted territories. The residency will take place in Vasa, Finland.

CUNE Comics-in-Residence Programme is accepting applications from comic artists and professionals living in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Iceland. There are two residency periods in Helsinki: 26 September – 22 October 2023, and 25 October – 22 November 2023.
