The EU Culture Forum 2011 commissioned 4 interesting Issue Papers covering the four thematic panels of the programme.
The papers have been prepared on behalf of the European Expert Network on Culture (EENC), a group of experts that provides advice to the European Commission in the field of cultural policy. The EENC is coordinated by Interarts and Culture Action Europe.
