- Tartu UNESCO City of Literature Nordic-Baltic Residency (Estonia)Tartu UNESCO City of Literature is happy to announce a special residency programme for writers from the Cities of Literature in the Nordic-Baltic region: Gothenburg, Kuhmo, Lillehammer, Reykjavik and Vilnius.
