- S+T+ARTS: Art, Science and the Digital, ‘Unleashing Creativity for European Water Management’Consortia are invited to propose concrete ideas at the nexus of art, digital, and water on how an alliance of digital experts, artists and stakeholders can contribute to sustainable water management. A major task within this commission will be to use STARTS residencies to facilitate collaboration between artists and engineers and stakeholders concerned with water. - Theatre in Palm: Hybrid Residency for Performing ArtistsTheatre in Palm, an international project funded by Creative Europe, is hosting a Hybrid Residency on 6–17 November 2023. During the 2-week residency you will work with 10 local artists and 20 international artists, both live and online. The residency will end with 4–12 co-produced, new theatre pieces that are shared online with the whole group of 120 artists, plus 12 mentors, and the rest of the online world. - Hydromedia: ‘Seeing With Water’ Residency (Netherlands / Remote)The artist-in-residency programme Hydromedia: Seeing With Water proposes to sidestep conventional visual approaches to global warming. Artists and experimental photographers are invited to submit a proposal to develop innovative and hands-on tools during a one-month residency in October 2023 at the Utrecht University of the Arts (HKU) and in their own studio in the months thereafter.
