    EFFEA: Funding for Arts Festivals to Present Emerging Artists
    The European Festivals Fund for Emerging Artists (EFFEA) is a programme that offers emerging artists a platform to develop their career on an international level through festivals. The call is open to all arts festivals that are registered on FestivalFinder.eu. Eligible countries are the EU member states and Creative Europe countries. Other countries that can be included (as a partner festival, or for proposed artists): Israel, Moldova, Palestine, the UK, Switzerland, and Turkey.
