    Hand to Hand: Social Ecology Residency Programme for Circus Artists (Croatia, Denmark, France, Portugal)
    Hand to Hand is a European cooperation project which aims to explore the issue of sustainability through learning and experiential spaces of innovation and research for circus artists. 16 circus artists will be selected to participate in an introduction workshop in Châlons en Champagne on 4-6 July 2023, with 8 then following a full programme of residencies in Croatia, Denmark, France and Portugal from March 2023 to July 2025.

    Open Call for Dance Artists for CROWD 2023
    This year, CROWD network will select ten dance artists to exchange and collaborate with the support of network partner organisations. Working in pairs, selected dance makers will come together twice, each time for a two-week, focused residency in a new context. Alongside the residencies, between June and October 2023, the entire network will engage in digital, discursive sessions exploring community engagement in dance. The programme is open to artists based in Denmark, England, Finland, Iceland, Ireland, the Netherlands, the federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia (DE), or Scotland.

    In autumn 2023, the National Gallery of Denmark (Statens Museum for Kunst, SMK) will open an exhibition by the acclaimed artist Jessie Kleemann (1959-) - the first solo exhibition by a Kalaaleq artist organised by the museum. The seminar will feature two poster sessions for which SMK now seek proposals. With these sessions, they aim to engage younger researchers, artists, and art students in order to build bridges between senior and emerging researchers and to unfold the seminar theme in the fullest.

The programme is open to performing arts professionals worldwide (producers, artists, managers, presenters, etc) who have at least 5 years of professional experience in the field and are committed to increase global awareness, inclusion, accessibility and connectivity – in the sector at large and in their communities. Selected applicants will receive the IETM membership for 5 years from 2023-2027 and funding to take part in the 2023 IETM Plenary Meeting in Aarhus, Denmark.
