The Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF) is an intergovernmental not-for-profit organisation which brings together the peoples of Asia and Europe to address common global challenges. Since 2005, ASEF has developed and managed culture360.asef.org, a digital platform reaching out to over 350,000 users that provides information and facilitating dialogue and reflection on the arts and culture of the two regions.

- Enabling Crossovers: Good Practices in the Creative Industries in Asia and EuropeMotivated by the fact that “the European Union has no cultural relations strategy”, the European Commission mandated in 2011 a consortium of eight cultural organisations, institutes, and a consultancy to propose such a strategy. The final report is now online.

- Mapping Asia-Europe Cultural CooperationThe Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF) and On-the-Move.org announce the publication of a new report Mapping Asia-Europe Cultural Cooperation. This study was carried out by Judith Staines and maps the Asia-Europe government-to-government bilateral cultural agreements between ASEM country partners.
